OUR ACTIVITIES:
The Public Relations Office of Department IV is responsible for:
- managing information regarding
- all cultural activities performed by Department IV and generally the major events of the city of Rome via telephone and/or via computer as well;
- the proceedings of the various Department Offices, managing the editing and distribution of forms;
- notices and announcements of competitions with the relative classifications coming under Department IV.
- managing and guaranteeing the assertion of the right to access administrative documents.
- collecting and managing advice, suggestions and any eventual claims, managing the distribution of the latter to various persons in charge of proceedings and ensuring that prompt definite replies are given.
ACCESS RIGHTS
In accordance with Law 241/90 and further provisions and Municipal bylaws approved by the Town Council Resolution no. 203 dated the 10th of October 2003, the right of access regards the availability of examining and collecting copies and documents of acts and the documents produced by the Administration.
To exercise this right, it is necessary to have a real and personal interest in the act being requested. These requests have to be presented directly to the Public Relations Office , a) personally b) via Fax c) via post.
The office is available for: distributing forms and assistance, exercising said rights and providing the information regarding the exercising of such rights andfinding the persons in charge of the proceedings pertinent to (written) formal access and informal access, wherever possible.
ADVICES AND SUGGESTIONS
The Office collects advices and suggestions from users, via telephone and e-mail, sending them to the pertinent offices and guaranteeing prompt replies.
